Astrea 42
Encompassing the finest signature features of the Fountaine Pajot shipyard, the Astréa 42 is based upon the highly popular design of the Saona 47, and her distinctive design, strong lines and timeless elegance under sail or at anchor. The Astréa 42 is expertly designed with voluminous living space and outstanding performance while remaining easy to handle.
The Astréa 42 makes the most of her size to offer an unprecedented level of comfort
When the Fountaine Pajot teams designed this yacht, their objective was clear: to offer the best combination of aesthetics, comfort and seaworthiness in a 42-foot catamaran. The result has exceeded expectations. Not only is her sleek silhouette easy on the eye, but the Astréa 42 is packed with features and fittings that you would typically only find on much larger catamarans. However, at 12.58 metres, she is still very easy to handle, and whoever takes the helm experiences a true connection with the boat while being right next to the sundeck where guests can keep them company. Time to head out to sea!
Live onboard like you’re at home
Her U-shaped galley sets a new benchmark, and an outdoor plancha grill/BBQ is set discreetly above the starboard transom, within convenient proximity to the cockpit table and large aft bench seat. Every feature has been designed to make everyday life easier and, above all, more user-friendly.
Designed for cruising and more
It’s no coincidence that the Astréa is one of our best-selling models. The first liveaboard cruising catamaran in our current range, she has all the renowned features of her predecessors, plus much more.
