Why the Fountaine Pajot Elba 45?

While they initially set eyes on a smaller catamaran, the Fountaine Pajot Astrea 42, under the guidance of their Yacht Consultant Josef Buxton, the couple soon discovered the Elba would be a better fit for them.

Indeed, no need to compromise on comfort nor storage on the Elba 45: everything has been designed to meet their cruising goals — while allowing them to safely sail the boat short-handed in total confidence.

They shared some valuable insights on the yacht commissioning process and sang the praises of Ken Krasko, ACY’s Technical Director, who assists all new ACY owners in the outfitting of their boat, helping them choose the optimal mix of factory and after-market equipment and options to enhance the use of their boat while meeting their budget requirements.
