ACY California and Newport Beach Yacht Sales Announce Strategic Partnership to Expand Fountaine Pajot in Southern California

Newport Beach, CA – August 25, 2025 – ACY California, LLC a regional subsidiary of ACY Yachts, and Newport Beach Yacht Sales, Inc. (NBYS) today announced the signing of a Letter of Intent (LOI) to establish a strategic partnership for Fountaine Pajot yacht sales in Orange County and the greater Southern California market.

Under the LOI, Newport Beach Yacht Sales will serve as the Orange County sales office for ACY California, promoting and selling new Fountaine Pajot catamarans. The collaboration combines NBYS’s local expertise and customer network with ACY’s national infrastructure, world-class product portfolio, and established dealer support.

Key Highlights of the Partnership

Expanded Market Presence: Newport Beach Yacht Sales will operate as ACY California’s sales office for Orange County and surrounding Southern California markets.
World-Class Product Lines: Sales efforts will focus on new Fountaine Pajot sailing and motor catamarans.
Customer Programs: NBYS will also promote Waypoints Yacht Charters and Business Yacht Ownership™ opportunities for prospective owners.
Shared Resources: ACY California will provide marketing, inventory support, brokerage services, and boat show collaboration to enhance customer reach and service.

The parties expect to finalize a definitive Dealer or Sales Office Agreement within the next 30 days.
