Romain’s life is intrinsically linked to the ocean. Born on the Finistère coast in Brittany, France, Romain developed a natural affinity for the sea early on, excelling in sailing Laser and Hobie catamarans and chasing the best waves for surfing.

Romain earned his degree in Nautical Industries before embarking on a global adventure across Central America, Asia, the United States, and Oceania, working for a charter company. This experience provided him with extensive knowledge of the multihull industry, and he maintained a close connection with the company even after relocating to the Caribbean, where he managed a surfing school for eight years.

Today, Romain assists clients at ACY Yachts in preparing their new boats from his full-time base in La Rochelle, France.
