Justin joins ACY Yachts after more than a decade working with two leading European boat manufacturers, where he focused on brand and dealership development in the North American market. He led the successful brand introductions such of Beneteau power boat ranges and Nimbus to some of the world’s most important boating markets. During these activities he learned it required relevant products for the market, but most critically strong teams capable of meeting the expectations of discerning customers who value their time on the water.
Justin’s commitment to customer-centric team development began early in his career. In 2005, he worked with members of the ownership team of ACY Yachts as a base manager at one of the original Waypoint concept locations in Annapolis. Managing a charter fleet of 30 new sailboats provided hands-on experience with Business Yacht Ownership, commissioning new yachts into service, and conducting numerous offshore deliveries. To this day, Justin has logged more blue-water miles on Fountaine Pajot catamarans than on any other yacht brand.
Before bringing Beneteau powerboats to the U.S. market, Justin worked for CGI Finance, a Société Générale subsidiary, providing retail and wholesale financing solutions in the United States. Gaining insight from within a major international bank proved invaluable, equipping him with the expertise to develop financing strategies for both dealerships and customers that many competitors are unable to offer.
Most recently, Justin launched and led a wholly owned subsidiary of Nimbus Group to import its boats into the U.S. As part of this strategy, he oversaw the acquisition and development of new products for the American market, culminating in the 2023 acquisition of the center-console brand EdgeWater—the largest single wire transfer Justin has authorized to date.
