As Director of Operations for Waypoints Yacht Charters, he oversees the day-to-day management of a growing fleet, ensuring yacht owners and charter guests receive exceptional service and support.
In addition to his role at Waypoints, Jay is a Yacht Consultant with ACY Yacht Sales, helping clients buy and sell yachts with confidence. With a deep understanding of how charter programs can enhance the ownership experience, he works closely with clients to match the right vessel with their goals—whether it’s for personal cruising, charter revenue, or both.
