Originally hailing from France where she had a legal career, Eugénie Grossin’s move with her family to the U.S. ten years ago presented an opportunity to pivot her skills to a new industry. Her fluency in both French and English together with her strong organizational capabilities support her role in yacht administration, integrating her expertise with the needs of the young ACY. Joining early in our history in 2015, she’s been accompanying the growth of our company ever since and continues to refine its operational framework today.
Every day, Eugénie maintains the critical link between our partner shipyards in France and ACY Yachts. As the liaison with the factory, she manages new yacht orders and coordinates the workflow between the production plants, commissioning teams, and cargo shipments. A critical part of her role is to ensure clear communication between the factory, several transport companies, and the ACY teams both in the US and in France. Additionally, she supervises the administrative department, which works closely with the commissioning and after-sales teams, and customer relations.
Beyond her professional life, Eugénie is making the most of her time in Maryland. Residing near the waters of Annapolis, family life is full with her two children and their activities, including soccer and cello, and husband, who also works with ACY. Together, they enjoy exploring the Chesapeake Bay, engaging with a community of fellow expats, and growing their own roots even deeper in Annapolis.
