With more than two decades of experience in luxury real estate development and marketing across Hawaii, Ahmad brings a proven track record of client service, strategic growth, and relationship-driven success to the ACY Yachts network.

Ahmad launched Hawaii Luxury Real Estate in 2013, establishing brokerage offices at the Fairmont Orchid and in Downtown Hawi. Under his leadership, the firm has grown from $2M to $74M in annual real estate sales over the past 11 years while managing 25 luxury condominiums within premier resort communities. More than 5,000 clients have relied on Ahmad and his team to help realize their ownership goals throughout the west side of the Big Island, including the Mauna Lani Resort and other prestigious destinations

Building on this foundation, Ahmad is spearheading ACY Yachts’ expansion into luxury yacht sales and charter management across Hawaii and the U.S. West Coast. This strategic initiative introduces clients to innovative ownership pathways that combine lifestyle enjoyment with investment potential. Through ACY Yachts’ Business Yacht Ownership® approach — often described as a “condo on the water” — owners can enjoy personal use of their yacht while participating in professionally managed charter programs designed to generate revenue and help offset ownership costs.

Ahmad’s team includes experienced sales professionals, marketing specialists, and licensed captains whose sailing expertise and instructional backgrounds enhance the client experience. His service on the Board of the Kona Sailing Club further strengthens ACY Yachts’ regional connections, providing access to key harbors and operational resources throughout Hawaii, Maui, Kauai, and Oahu.

With luxury offices located at The Shops at Mauna Lani Resort, the Fairmont Orchid Hotel, and Downtown Hawi, Ahmad and his team are ideally positioned to represent ACY Yachts’ portfolio of premium sailing and power brands while supporting yacht sales, charter management, and ownership programs across Hawaii, California, the Caribbean, and global cruising destinations.
