Introducing Our New Warranty and After Sales Manager

Atlantic Cruising Yachts is thrilled to welcome Chris Goforth as the new Warranty and After Sales Manager. Chris will lead the Warranty and After Sales team, guiding all clients once their handovers are complete to ensure their ACY ownership experience doesn’t end when the yacht is handed over.

“My goal is to continue the relationships with our customers and factories so that everyone is thrilled with the total experience of owning one of our boats,” Chris Goforth said. 

Chris will be responsible for completing warranty repairs as well as add-ons and ordering spare parts. Chris will also schedule vendors and contractors to complete all of the work to get your yacht in pristine condition before you set sail for the first time. 

“We’re excited to welcome Chris to the team,” ACY President Chris Bent said. “He’s an industry veteran and a great professional and we believe he will be a very strong asset for supporting our clients’ service needs after they take delivery.”

Chris began his career in yacht management and was in charge of managing vendors and subcontractors on customers’ boats. He delivered these boats from the Caribbean to Maine for owners. Chris went on to pursue the technical side of the marine industry, learning electrical and electronics. He started his own business as a subcontractor wiring custom sportfish for three local boat builders. Chris became a captain, went on to become service manager for a dealer in Annapolis, and also worked as an engineer/service technician.
